  1. I have one. What’s it worth to you? Screen has some dead pixels but is otherwise good. Also a scuff on the bottom corner. It’s black.
  2. Was running the beta. Got this sorted. The issue had nothing to do with the beta.
  3. It hasn’t changed in that regard…at least not that I can see. I just put them on the same channel and they work as one.
  4. More significant than 2.0 and 3.0?! I love the excitement, and the new color wheel, but man…I think back to what I got in 2006 and it almost doesn’t feel like the same system!
  5. Yeah, I’m aware of that and it’s setup correctly. Like I said in the thread, it was all working up until a reset/restore of my phone. Removing every device from my customer.control4.com (it had gotten quite cluttered over the last 15 years), removing the app from my phone and then starting over fixed the intercom. I still haven’t been able to figure out what’s up with announcements, but haven’t invested much in trying since I got the intercom working.
  6. Yeah, it’s awesome! I thought the way Domaudeo used the camera proxy was clever, but this new way is great.
  7. Yeah, and I used it for that purpose. Still harder than it should be.
  8. That’s right. Which is a total pain in the ass because you go first to determine EVERYWHERE that you have any programming that involves these devices, then edit it to add in the new devices. If you do that before removing the old ones, life is a bit easier. Still frustrating. I wish you could “swap” and have one device take the place of another in every line or programming. Not having to have the color selection appear as a camera any more is nice. All in all I’d say it’s worth the effort. Took me about 40 minutes including downloading the composer update, etc… I swapped out 6 instances of the old RGBW driver for the new one and only had to update a faulty minimal amount of programming.

  11. I do have separate logins for each user. I will delete all the devices and start over again.
  12. That is not the case. 4Sight did NOT expire. Works on one phone, not the other. It was working up until a factory reset on the phone. Actually, 3 out of 4 phones it works fine...just doesn't work on mine.
  13. Not a big enough bounty? $200…will that garner any interest? I just want push notifications and intercom calls to start coming through again.

  16. I do have a VPN setup, but rarely use it. I have confirmed that I have notifications enabled.
  17. So, a little ways back I had to do a full factory reset and restore on my iPhone 13 Pro. Since then, I no longer get push notifications or intercom calls. From my phone I can initiate intercom calls from my phone and those work fine, but when someone rings my doorbell my phone never rings. I’ve rebooted the C4 system, I’ve rebooted the door station (DS2 Mini), checked in customer.control4.com to make sure notifications are enabled (didn’t see anything that looked obvious)…I’ve done everything that I can think of. I’m hoping someone has some ideas or guidance for me to get this back up and running. It’s been a couple of months and I’d really like to get this back functioning. It works still on my wife’s phone (also an iPhone) and my 4Sight subscription is active and up to date. Remote access and everything from my phone works - just no push notifications or inbound intercom calls from the DS2. Thanks in advance.

  19. If you’ve got video and audio I think you’ll use the UI more than you expect. I’d do what your dealer recommends - they’re the ones supporting it and you don’t want them coming back and reminding you that you went against their advice. Find a dealer you trust and do what they say - trust them over any random person on the internet.
  20. I’ve not been receiving intercom calls or push notifications and trying to figure out why. I’ll try this TestFlight build.
  21. For what it’s worth, something was weird with the Home App on my phone. I went through a lengthy process of removing the home, uninstalling the app, disabling iCloud, etc… and eventually was able to get the home app blank again. Bringing everything in from there worked perfectly.
