Can you buy replacement plates in alternate colors for the KA auxillary or APD types where it's the basic toggle switch?

I'm in Composer and I don't see any difference in the Keypad Engraving options at all. Everything looks the same and my Composer is the updated version....

So basically they have new buttons though they keypad itself is the same? So these new buttons will work with the 120777 keypads?

What are the new lighting engraving options that are available? I've had my configurable keypads with custom buttons done but wasn't aware they had new options.

I just had my Composer HE ask if I would like to update last night (which I did). Is there a pending new update as I did not see any actual firmware update that is available? Why would Composer only update and not have a firmware update with it?

I think I figured out the issue of slow responses using the driver. Most of my commands were based on an IF command for what the current light level was. I'm assuming that has to check through the cloud what the light level is creating a slight delay. What I've done to remedy this is create a variable in Control4 that is the light value so that the checking of that value is much quicker and therefore bypasses the cloud for checking what the actual brightness level is. This in turn allows the LIFX light to utilize the driver in the fast manner bypassing the cloud.

When using the LIFX driver via Control4 is there is a known delay between command responses? I have some of my remote buttons programmed for my room with LIFX BR30 bulbs and each colored button on remote will change the light color or brightness. However, there is always a delay and the lights do not respond for a short period of time between commands. Is this a known bug?

For programming the Control4 8 zone matrix amp (C4-16AMP3-B), when it says there are 2 audio end point per room that you can bind, how could multiple sets of speakers be attached to one room or is the max allowed in programming 2 sets? I'm a bit confused on how the programming is structured with 2 audio end points per room only but if wanting to use more than 2 sets of speakers how that would work?

Just redid everything in the Control4 app and it appears to be holding as it should... Not sure why Composer isn't working correctly and that is concerning for anyone doing any programming.... clearly a bug!

I haven't tried within the app yet.... I had power cycled controlled, power cycled thermostat, deleted and re-added thermostat. If set the thermostat to default then everything is set to the C4 default temp settings but any change to the temp makes it go to 38 degrees cooling and 41 degrees heating in F degrees.

I've been trying to adjust my C4 thermostat (older version but on most current firmware running off EA5) today but the temp settings keep reverting to 38F and 41F for temp settings.... I've tried changing these settings to more "normal" temps as I was trying to make a simple adjustment of 2 degrees for cooling but these settings will not change today no matter what I do. Tried power cycling the thermostat, no wiring changes, no other system changes whatsoever but suddenly this issue today.... any ideas?

When you first are use the pry tools, did you try to crank it apart from the outside of the case or through the battery compartment?

You mentioned to "insert it from below on one side of the remote".... I'm unclear as to what location this would be to get the gap started. Also, at the end did you need to use any adhesive to keep the remote from falling apart or does everything click back together?

I know the buttons can be removed to have customized engraving, but in other words, the configuration on a fan will always be 1 double button and 4 single buttons? In regular Composer (not Pro) it does not appear to CONFIGURABLE but dealers appear to be able to RECONFIGURE it similarly to how keypad dimmers can be configured (1 slot, 2 slots, 3 slots, Down/Up,etc)

So the half up/down buttons can be used on this keypad? I assume they're the same buttons as the keypad dimmer for all configurations?

Just wondering how configurable the fan controller is for the multiple buttons. Is this configurable similar to the new keypad dimmer? I have a fan controller installed in my house that has four single slot buttons and one double slot button. I'm wondering if a volume up and down can be added similar to the keypad dimmers in place of one of the one slot positions. Are the fan controllers basically as configurable as the newer keypad dimmers is what I'm asking....

It seems weird that these would use more energy if the LED is not programmable and everything else seems the same. If just a basic light switch used with C4 is needed, this would seems to be the best option. Other than the LED that you can program for light color, is there really any difference (ie double taps, triple taps, etc) for function?

I didn't realize there was a more economical line even available (Essential). What is the difference between these switches and the standard ones I've always used? What is the price difference?

Has anyone been using the C4 dimmer panels to control up to 8 lights/dimmers? I'm in processing of designing an addition that will also include a bigger theater area, game room, kitchenette/bar. Just wondering if this option is a more affordable and easier way to go that traditional C4 light switches.
