  1. Mine are various ages. I have eBay Gen one that still look great. I have current Gen that are 5 years old and then some recent upgrade adds. One of my original keypad switches that cost $40 on eBay eventually broke at the hinge. Hence the recent upgrade that got me a new keypad and the new one matches the 5 year old perfectly.
  2. Holy necro post batman. At this point neither of these is a sensible upgrade path. EA are affordable on eBay now. To migrate the dealer will need a VPN or team view or physically be on-site.
  3. This. It depends on your price point. LG OLED or SONY at the top, TCL series 6 Roku is a lot lower price.
  4. So an EA3 and SR260 on eBay plus some remote dealer to set you up would be $2k. I assume the other expenses are in other busget line items. Cameras speakers and amps there is $2k
  5. If you live in Mass, the Mass Save [emoji2400] Program is amazing. $3400 of building envelope work being done on this residence for zero of my own money. Adding mini split HVAC to supplement oil heating gets a $1600 a ton rebate and the balance onto a 7 year interest free loan!
  6. Or the Ecobee 3lite at the same price and far better integration. I have 3 sitting in a box. Need to pull some new 18/8 to replace the 18/2 and no common and replace the current mercury stats.
  7. Default is off and the there is the option of fan icons x 1-4 But I put Music or Blinds on the top
  8. So anyone done this on a well. I'm also thinking that I could put a C4 switch on the well power and if a leak is detected shut off the well pump in addition. I'm thinking this because the water line runs all the way across the basement before I get to the place the flo can be installed. The well was moved on the property, but the basement plumbing was not. Add the Moen teardrop sensor on the basement floor and if that line breaks then I have a second stop to the system.
  9. So what I'm saying is the light switches. Original C4 light switches are still going strong. The original, and 2nd Gen wall screens are now end of life. Just like your original flip phone or iPad or your iPhone. You need to budget that these panels will be being rebought every 5 years or so. Light switches and keypads, not so much.
  10. I see an IP driver for the B&O in the database. Go for it.
  11. 4 10in in-wall touch screens is spendy, especially if you also have the Neeo Remote in those locations. I'd consider the need for all of those and / or all at that size and / or all as I'm wall. Really think about why / what you want them for in those locations and if that is the best spend. Put a POE Ethernet drop to each site so you can go back and fit later. Get a portable one that you can try in each location, if it is just a couple of things you want to do then you can put a keypad there. Eg by the front door a home/away button, or a door lock that will automatically do that instead. They look nice but also have a ongoing cost to update compared to light switch. Spend this money on automated lighting.
  12. I've got an eBay one that only seems to charge half full. Admittedly, at this time I don't know what that means in time as it is not connected.
  13. To continue this what is the experience of battery health. And then, can you get replacement batteries, and how much?
  14. Also your dealer should know about this driver for sky. Paid for but best. http://www.chowmainsoft.com/uk-sky
  15. LG, Sony and TCL Roku TVs all play nice. https://drivers.control4.com/solr/drivers/browse?q=Lg Is a good place to check for compatibility.
  16. What TVs. Some integrate way better than others. Matrix vs stand alone. Matrix pure costs up but potentially saves in sky hardware purchases. Do these TVs ever need to be in perfect sync or does that sky kit share a DVR. You may be better placed skipping the matrix but thinking how to conceal the STB hardware instead. Think about lighting now. With Sky I assume you are a UK install so they 110v is not for you but switch placement and choice of integrative switch hardware is something to think about now.
  17. Both have their pros and cons. A slow leak in a pipe in a wall won't be picked up by the leaksmart rope. The flo nightly pressure test will identify this. Flo needs no C4 programing, in fact for a while the driver was out of commission. Flo will pay $2500 of insurance deductible. Flo requires no Internet to turn off water. It also can have a battery backup thus requiring no electricity. Finally flo also has rope sensors ar $$60 each that you can use one per wet zone to monitor for the leaks you identify with leaksmart.
  18. Fixed the stupid autocorrects.
  19. This but a cheap tester may indicate that replacing one or both terminations would be a good start. If the cable between those points has been stable and undisturbed that would be my expectations. Likely the outdoor / more exposed termination has gone bad.
  20. So you also know Crestron is not "Home Professional" friendly. You'll need an EA1 and a Neo. You'll need a dealer to do some initial programming. If you but the EA1 or Neo from them they should be amenable. Or buy both on eBay and you will need a remote dealer. Find one here or on eBay to teamviewer to your home and set it up. They could likely sell you HE. One time fee and that allows lots of the functionality. They can also change devices. Lots of programming can be done by you but you cannot add devices.
  21. Yes. It will try to notify you and fail and then shut down the water. Now if the Internet is down the power may also be down. It needs a battery backup in that situation. People have noted that the shower system battery backup also works for the flo and is about $100 not $300! Yes. On leak detector trigger tell Moen to close would be easy programming.
  22. Here is a box in your system rack somewhere. If it says HC200 / 250 / 300 / 500 / 1000 You will need to replace that with a new main processor / controller. If it says HC800. You can upgrade. If you use on screen displays you will lose that or need new additional equipment. An EA1 will do that display job. If it is a device with EA 1 / 3 / 5 on it then you are peachy.
  23. Are you just using the unlike device or did you supplement with the location sensors.
