My EA1 was driving the same setup connecting a Somfy URTSII device, I had zero issues, am sure u get this from a manual or something but it provides 2 serial out (shared with IR out 1 and 2). So the previous dealer did not integrate floor heating to C4? What was the reason for leaving it behind?

So u did pair each channel from URTSII to the Somfy RTS device? This is painful u need to hear and see they are synched from your centralized location, it required u hit sync button on the device and the URTSII as well, I just need u to confirm this, also u select whatever shade on the channel u are programing, it’s not going to pop up on the device, it’s a manual process, u have to write down each shade name on the channel u r programming it

There is channel 1 u use it this channel as well even when u leave the URTSII at this position, I used all 16 channels in my system before moving to Bond.

No, it matters, just follow the instructions, if it doesn’t work then there is something wrong with your setup, you need to open a ticket with Chowmain and they will log in to your system and see where is the issue and they will be able to fix it or tell you exactly what is the issue. I also suggest you change ur main stream and test. I can’t tell but there might be an issue with your sub stream.

It’s not in C4 app, u do this in your cam setup, in C4 depends on the driver u use, u can tell it to call stream 2 for example

What Zank app? The driver you should use is mediaplayer Google TV, use this and it has a virtual switcher that allows u to hookup the HDMI to your Inputs.

I’d create ZB servers and distribute the loads across these servers, u have a lot of stationary devices that will never move, just get closer devices together on one server, far reaching ones connect to another ZB server, I had splitted my network across 4 servers for the purpose of creating great coverage for remotes, every house floor have a ZB mesh so devices communicate faster and remotes are flawless. It depends on house size, built, coverage, distances, other networks like WiFi, other ZB networks, etc.

This is fully supported by Chowmain driver then, so did you followed the setup instructions? Can u control it with Google App on your phone? I went back and read your description of the issue and I couldn’t figure out what do u exactly want to achieve? You bind your Chromecast to an input of your receiver! This needs your receiver to be identified and integrated into C4, is this step done?

Intresting, the driver already in my project! As I have a personal weather Station that was feeding WU for years, IBM granted my am account and I kept my integrations intacted. So am curious to understand what is your dealer or C4 answers to your problems? Actually the temp solution is not acceptable by all means and deep investigation is required to understand this odd behavior, non of C4 equipment behaves like that, so it’s certainly require answers!

I use chowmain’s Open Weather Map to determine if it’s going to rain tomm, when it does I turn off all outdoor electric outlets just as a precautionary step to prevent any issues!

It’s really depends on how many sources you are distributing and the cost associated, I have to have a video matrix now as I have many “paid” sources that can’t be replicated at 13 locations and if I can, it will cost more than a matrix!

Actually I think it’s an IP issues, so he might have in main house a network setup that is not replicated in the other house, IP conflict of some kind!

I know you said it was working before, before what? Something had happened that prevented this so better use match version for HE as well, so If u could uninstall 3.3.1 and install HE 3.3.0 instead, it should work just fine. Your HE key u can get from customer.control4.com

Is this Chrome Cast with Google TV? It won't work with Regular Chrome Cast, regular CC needs a Display only Icon that allows u to switch to the source nothing else.

Well its absurd you can't get the service or been treated like that, I belive C4 can help you allocate and move your account to another dealer, U can do it youeself from customer.control4.com! I'd say the issue you have might be not C4 related, but any knowledgable dealer can help you even remotely if you can provide a helping hand with troubleshooting!

Yes, I second that, when u make it that personal, there is no need for C4, its any Bluetooth Headphones to your source and u can do whatever Merry Xmas to all ...

You need a field visit, I think you should plan it with your dealer, its shooting in the dark really ...

Or a CA10! Actually the modules doesn’t need rebindings they are identified in the project over IP, I have no idea why they don’t act like XIO’s or any other C4 component, they have to loose power to work! Whatever I do, DHCP them or use static IP they just don’t pickup anything when Director reboots!
