  1. I always use Mikrotik for routing, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have experience.
  2. Just wondering if you figured this out? I use the Room Control driver to select a couple of Spotify playlists, but they always play in order (not in shuffle) even though "Shuffle" was enabled when I created the preset. This is super annoying.
  3. Don't let him keep you from coming here. Just ignore him.. like I do.
  4. Maybe kill all of your 2.4ghz wifi just temporarily to see if it improves? Other things to watch out for.. baby monitors, remotes, old cordless phones, microwaves (odd but I have seen it), etc.
  5. Is there a chance you have some source of 2.4Ghz interference (that could be interfering with Zigbee) around the door lock?
  6. Yeah, BUT it was in nearly every review (and I assume the release notes) that I read about 3.0.. literally, everyone has been talking about it.
  7. Why do you keep starting new threads about the same stuff? We understand your frustration, but all you're doing is annoying the rest of us.
  8. Lots of their docs haven't been updated from what I can tell.. even the paper docs that ship with the 6ND don't reference the 6ND directly.
  9. 6ND is newer than 6CL. They support the same types of loads. 6CL is slightly cheaper and requires a neutral. See this post for a good explanation: https://forums.lutron.com/showthread.php/3582-New-RRD-6ND I should also note that not a lot of their docs have been updated to reflect the 6ND.
  10. The 6ND is the "newest" (and it's slightly cheaper) which requires a neutral and supports Incandeecent/Halogen/MLV/LED. The only reason I would use a 6CL now is if I didn't have a neutral available.
  11. I have a house full of Lutron Radio RA2 Select dimmers/switches, and I supplement them with C4 wireless keypad dimmers. I have been happy thus far.
  12. I have several Ultras and they have been flawless.
  13. Roku is probably your best option. The driver is IP based, very reliable and it's free. You can start Netflix (and other Roku apps) directly from C4. For outlets, I would look at TP-Link.
  14. I wouldn't assume new hardware for controllers anytime soon really.. they just recently came out with the V2 version of the EA series. Of course, I could be wrong.
  15. Do you have CAT5/6 ran to garage door and motor locations or do you need to go wireless? What type of openers do you have? This will depend on what solution will work best for you.
  16. There are some changes to Composer (very nice ones). You can edit existing lines of programming (instead of having to delete and re-create), and some other things:
  17. These videos don't by any means capture every new feature, but they are a good starting point if you haven't already see them: https://www.control4.com/os3/getting-the-most-out-of-os3
  18. Assuming you do have the actual C4 zigbee module? The Yale branded Zigbee module will not work. Also - these locks need pretty good Zigbee coverage to function properly. Do you have a C4 lightswitch or controller around to ensure your mesh is strong?
  19. But, the Ring Elite still looks much better than the DS2 in my opinion. The DS2 looks crazy dated. My wife didn't even allow me to put the DS2 on our front porch. I would much rather have the Ring Elite on my house (in fact, I do have the Ring Elite).
  20. It's not scientific. My statement was more or less based on feedback that I have read in various forums.
  21. I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not, but yeah, It's sort of ridiculous that they REMOVED something that clearly MANY people used from the OSD.
