That is annoying! My 2015 model Samsung logo glows white when it is off (or on per a setting), but you can also disable it completely.

Ok - these are probably pretty stupid questions, but I haven't spent a lot of time with OS3 yet. The videos all talk about a common "Dashboard" where you can add favorites/icons from any room in your house. Where is this dashboard? Does my dealer need to create a "Dashboard" room just so the UI will show this? How can I add favorites to a room from another room? I don't see the option when I press and hold an icon to place the favorite in another room. Where is the "Home screen? The C4 videos show a "My Home" screen that I cannot seem to find.

Interesting, @mallom so you don't build your lighting scenes in C4 (using the Advanced Lighting Scenes agent)? You build the scenes in Lutron and then just call them from C4? I have RA2 Select, and I build all lighting scenes in the Advanced Lighting agent and just call that scene from keypads, etc. It seems to work fine, but you aren't the only person that has told me scenes should be built in Lutron.

Can any dealers comment on this? Is this something that C4 has documented/is aware of?

50 devices on Caseta Smart hubs, 100 on RA2 Select. I have RA2 Select fully integrated with C4 and have no issues.

Ok - so, at least it's not just me! I really hope they are working to improve this.. it's a pretty bad experience.

Apologies if this has already been discussed here.. I may have missed it. Recently upgraded to OS3, and my main complaint is that it takes 5-10seconds to "connect" to my director when I launch the OS3 iOS app. Launching the OS2 app was almost instant - every time. I know 5-10 seconds doesn't sound like a lot, but it's very annoying when you need to quickly adjust things. Is this normal? Anyone else experiencing this?

TP-Link has always been flawless for me.. with and without C4.

It requires SMBv1 (unless that changed in OS3), it doesn't update automatically, etc..

I haven't tried two libraries, but I'm pretty sure "shuffle" is working as expected for me. I'll double check when I get home.

Run a DLNA server on your NAS and then ask your dealer to install the DLNA driver. This is the most seamless method in my opinion.

Can't you just change the LAN network on your new router to be 192.168.0.1/24 and then pre-create the DHCP reservations?

It's hard to ignore such a high volume of them.. In any event, looks like they have been cleaned up now, so thanks to whomever did that!

Yeah - I just upgraded yesterday, and I find the time it takes to open the new OS3 app very annoying. I hope they fix this.
