  1. Yes, some devices have a terminal version lower than the running OS. If they report as fully updated, then that is as far as they will update. Devices with an older terminal version will still function, but possibly with limitations. Exception is the IO extender. That one is fully functional even on OS3 even though the version is 2.9.1.
  2. What exactly are you trying to do with the web interface? I've use many Control4 LU model switches and never needed to use the web page.
  3. Best course of action is contsct your dealer or find a dealer you would like to work with. The troubleshooting and changes to fix it will likely be more than Composer HE allows.
  4. According to what I've read, it will work as long as you do not upgrade to 'Works with Google Assistant' or until Google decides to end 'Works with Nest support' (latest articles show they will keep servers up to support it for a while longer, but who knows).
  5. lol, seriously struggled for some reason on this one. Ya, device image updater v1 will put it at 2.5.3. Reviewed the info on the two again.
  6. The door station with the best integration with Control4 is the DS2. As far as what you want, it may not do all of it, nor do I believe there is one that will that also integrates well. Best garage door integration is the Z2IO garage door kit. Anything else will be frustrating and junk. Best APs right now are Ruckus, Pakedge, and Araknis.
  7. Ah, ya. Device Image Updater straight to 2.9.1 would work.
  8. Have you tried a second computer? I would make sure your network settings have the network set to private and possibly try hardwire instead of WiFi.
  9. You might be able to usb restore it, or use an old controller and update it.
  10. Is the system functioning everywhere besides being able to connect to it with HE?
  11. HE requires a license applied to your customer.control4.com account. You have to talk to your dealer to get the license.
  12. Works fine for me. If you are using Chrome, try a private tab, if that works then try clearing your browser cache. I use Ghostery Mobile browser and Mozilla Firefox (for PC) personally.
  13. I would reinstall Composer Pro and make sure you're using windows 10 with the latest updates.
  14. Does your composer pro 3.0 work with virtual director?
  15. OS3 wouldn't work with older composer versions anyways, so I would toss that idea. Try restarting broker through system manager.
  16. Correct, but you do not have to have the Hue Bridge that close to the lights themselves.
  17. Control4 connects to the Philips Hue bridge by IP.
  18. I believe the best integration is Philips Hue. Philips has their own bridge that sits out in the open and connects to each Philips Hue light or strip. Then you would leave power to the light on all the time and use a configurable keypad to control the light. A light switch might be useful in some cases, but all control of the lights is gone until the light switch is turned back on.
  19. Which page are you using to determine if the rooms on the nav changed? 2.10.6 and lower will update half of the room lists. The other half follow the order in which the rooms were added to the project. (I only know because it has been discussed on the official forums many many times).
  20. Room selector does follow the project order. Adding zones does not follow in 2.10.6 and lower. OS3 has all of that fixed.
  21. Moving drivers and rooms has worked since I've ever used Composer Pro. Make sure you are in the system design part.
  22. OS3 should allow it. 2.10.6 and under allow you to move rooms, but it doesn't order them correctly everywhere.
  23. Playlists using My Music as well since they aren't 'stations'.
  24. I've read that Tidal doesn't have content saved in the Control4 system the same way as the other services, so it doesn't show up as an option like say Pandora or TuneIn.
