  1. You would need your dealer to add it and connect it to the TiVo. Then you could add channels from the media portion of Composer HE
  2. yes, it will let the agent be added. After that, all is good
  3. That was always a risk though. C4 noted the old driver could break at any point if Sonos chose to close off the control. The fact it went slowly instead of immediate was good for allowing time to make the switch, but it should have been done earlier anyways. Slowly losing features rather than being honest about the situation doesn't serve the customer well.
  4. Version 89 is the latest drivers. The 8.x.x versions of the drivers are the old generation and C4 stopped supporting those about 3+ years ago.
  5. Ah, those are the old drivers. Best to get off of those ASAP.
  6. Hit the 4 in the top left corner. Then press and hold to add it back in as a favorite.
  7. Have you tried updating the driver or the Sonos OS?
  8. Not much about OS3 was listed before OS3 came out. But it's also in the release notes and those were available way before the update to OS3 came out.
  9. Are you using the new drivers? The new ones have 'favorites' and 'playlists' shown right after selecting Sonos.
  10. Ah, nevermind. I checked mine and it seems there is now a 'Send Menu Tap on ON' property. That is likely what you want to set to False.
  11. I agree with msgreenf, Roku is the best integration, especially with the mini app drivers. If you have a good WiFi network, you won't notice that the Roku is on WiFi.
  12. If you don't use the analog audio out of the HC250, then you could probably directly replace them with an EA1 to keep the on-screen and device control.
  13. Aside from the touch screens needing to be replaced by T3s, the HC250s need to be replaced with EA3s depending on how they are being used.
  14. I know many of you think that DIY will be taking off, but I'd argue you need to look past your ecosystem to the general population. Aside from the maybe 1-10% of DIY capable people in the population, the rest will end up needing a pro to get it right. For advanced automation, it's better to focus on the larger portion of the market than the smaller or make it so simple that a large part of the market can do it. C4 definitely isn't so simple that any person can do it.
  15. That's an interesting thought Timothy, but as we saw with the recent massive data breach (2 billion...), cloud based automation will not be the future. Not to mention you have to have functional internet. It just isn't robust and anything cloud based is an inherent security risk as well as no guarantee it will function and continue functioning.
  16. The documentation shows the support. Looks like it only works with Roku, FireTV, and Sony TV.
  17. I'd say chances are high. Even C4 mentions to use the new driver for the AppleTV 4k. I'd start planning to replace the HC800 with an EA5 to keep the integration. That's assuming the tvOS 13 did break the functionality with the original IP driver.
  18. C4 audio does not distribute to other streaming players, neither do any of the others. If you choose Heos or Sonos, then to join the entire system would require adding them everywhere.
  19. Any swap out would require a dealer since a different audio matrix switch would need to be added to the system configuration.
  20. Your problem may be Eero itself. Last I checked C4 doesn't support if it is used in any of their systems. You might have been better off with an Asus if you didn't get Pakedge, Araknis, or Cisco.
  21. lol, I guess the link is v2, but the actual product is the v3...
  22. What V3 are you looking at???? https://www.control4.com/docs/product/audio-matrix-switch-v2/data-sheet/english/latest/audio-matrix-switch-v2-data-sheet-rev-a.pdf
