  1. You are good! I'll try it soon and let you know how it goes.
  2. To be clear, the sequence is DIMMER , DIMMER , DIMMER , MUTE , (1,2, or 3) for Region A, B, or C, then a power cycle. Much appreciated...
  3. Yes, so I can add it to a macro preferably...would be great.
  4. I may have goofed, changing the region with the region chip requires both Mute and Dimmer commands. I thought the Dimmer command was in there, but now I can't find it. I imagine I made a mistake and it was not there, but maybe it is gone in the new version. Can you please make sure to get Dimmer added or help me find it?
  5. Annex4: Unless I'm missing something, I don't see anyway to send an IP / Serial command for "Mute" in the driver. This is needed to change Regions using the firmware mod. Is there a chance that can be added?
  6. I loaded the beta driver, and it seems I've lost IP control both through the Oppo iOS app and also with this driver. Anybody ran into that? What is goofy is the iOS app tells me i have to update to the newest driver, but it might just be saying that since it cannot connect. I don't have serial hooked up currently. EDIT: another time I should have checked before I posted, the DHCP address changed when the new firmware was loaded, even though it should have been reserved. The beta firmware and Annex driver seem fine.
  7. Any update on this? Only $30, but not wanting to waste my time on it if it won't work. Is it as simple as learning the Harmony IR codes for PS4 into a driver?
  8. Mine turned out to be a wiring issue, its working on wired now. Thanks.
  9. I had to manually update this driver, and it was on quite a newer level. Is there any trick to getting the auto-update to work? Also, as far as the Oppo 203 is concerned, has anybody had any trouble getting it to work on a wired network? I've just left it on wireless, as it works, but I figured there was some type of firmware glitch and at this point, firmware updates have slowed down so I need to get serious about determining if I have a hardware issue or not...
  10. Was the unit out of warranty when they offered to replace? Just curious as the old model has been out a while.
  11. Can you or a user elaborate on this? I've been burnt on SmartThings and a third party driver for Geolocation. I want a solid solution. What makes this more reliable?
  12. Experience buttons and iOS Widgets would go hand in hand, just saying.
  13. One more thing, with the Chowmain driver, can I take my existing C4 Thermostats that are currently on 2 of my 6 zones for my Geo (and wired into the Geo controllers) and force them to talk to the IntesisBox interface instead? From my understanding the IntesisBox is all Wifi so how does that work?
  14. Everybody around here uses Mitsubishi Mr. Slim units. I've finally got enough data to realize my Geo is not sized large enough even with zones after my addition, and my ductwork is a disaster. I have two zones I need to move to ductless. What are others experiences with IntesisBox? I'm guessing my guys around here won't know anything about them, so @C4Newbie's comment has me concerned. I don't want to go through another summer with outrageous bills, so I'm going to put this on the fast track.
  15. Is there a reason Axxess is missing? I mean the driver sounds great, but I'm not sure I want to spend the money unless its comprehensive. Is other support on the roadmap? Thanks.
  16. I thought everybody just used their phones instead of touchscreens anyway
  17. I thought Amazon pretty much locked down the voice control to their own devices, so the open source versions have to have a button pressed to receive input. This seems to get around that somehow...
  18. Your trial is appreciated, but this could actually drive a Black Friday or Super Bowl timeframe TV purchase for me, and a TV is something I want to avoid returning if possible
  19. Ok, so the list of supported TVs is pretty small, what is the chance that if an LG TV has WebOS 3.0, its supported?
  20. I'll be interested to hear how well it fits in where the door station was...I haven't checked measurements but looks similar.
  21. I think you should get a large batch of sample programming as part of a purchase like this, or when you purchase a system or Composer HE (right now it depends on your dealer more than anything). But yeah, if the loop isn't good then they ought to leave it to the experts. I wondered about that loop...
  22. Ought to see a LOT more of this, shouldn't have to dig here or wait for a C4 blog to reference it: http://nycesensors.com/support/control4-lighting-examples/
  23. If you happened to buy through this deal, supposedly you can request a 4.x key for free from Blue Iris support. I think the cutoff was Dec. 1 purchase. I will report back if I'm not successful.
