  1. Same issue here. 1/3 to 1/2 of SR260s’ LEDs dimmed. Bought replacements.
  2. I did same and tried dedicated 2.4 and even static up. Didn’t work.
  3. Got a replacement Neeo and same issue. Problem is Ubiquiti. And precedes C4 acquisition evidently https://planet.neeo.com/t/m25ttn/connection-issues-again-and-again
  4. That didn’t work. Nothing did. Going back to sr260
  5. I don’t see that setting. Do you mean the setting which pushes devices to 5g?
  6. Thanks I tried that and also static IP. Neither worked.
  7. Got the new Neeo. So issue is Ubiquiti Wi-Fi equipment doesn’t play well w Neeo. So Dubamivora you were correct. I tried myriad settings but if you google Neeo and Ubiquiti Wi-Fi issues you’ll fine that there are long-standing problems with Neeo remotes (pre-dating C4 product). So shame I can’t use the new remotes with my Ubiquiti Wi-Fi. Odd that this is the only C4 product, or any product for that matter, which doesn’t play well w Ubiquiti Wi-Fi. If anyone has a solution pls let me know (We have another home w Ruckus and Neeo and all works perfectly). FYI my main router Used w Ubiquiti APs is Luxul Epic 5.

  9. I said LUMA rebrands Hikvision. The look and feel of the software and app is exactly the same.
  10. LUMA is just rebranded hikvision hardware and software. We have both. LUMA is a big ripoff.
  11. Thx. Haven’t had issues w UI so going to try new unit. Have luxul switch and a bunch of touchscreens which work fine with the UI APs.
  12. Have a new Neeo and it keeps disconnecting from network. Luxul Epic 5 router with Ubiquiti nano APs (just upgraded from AP Pro). Have tried separate 2G guest network just for the Neeo, dedicated IP address for neeo, turned off band steering, etc etc. keeps dropping Wi-Fi. None of my other Wi-Fi devices have problems. iPhone works fine and gets strong signal. Dealer is replacing but just wonder if there is something I missed? Neeo goes full signal to zero randomly. Turned off sleep mode in HE. Rebooted ea5, restarted Neeo and also re-paired w network about 5 times. Still have problems. Thoughts? Musings?
  13. Luma is Hikvision rebranded and tripled in price! App looks the same as Hikvision.
  14. Why Wi-Fi and not zigbee. Wi-Fi seems an odd choice. Not reliable for instant response.
  15. Panel backup batteries die. Wireless dies. You’ll hear “this is the only case we’ve seen” (lie) then “this was a bad batch of batteries” and “the new firmware will fix this.” Just wait. Honeywell is rock solid.
  16. No had one of the newer panels. XR150. Horrible. Threw out all their hardware when they wouldn’t buy it back. Horrendous company.
  17. We had DMP and was a disaster. They don’t play well w C4 and their wireless devices have poor battery life. They also push updates to the panel which causes issues. Awful company too. They wouldn’t stand by their (lousy) products. Imo their focus on two-way communication with wireless devices kills their batteries much earlier than would be the case with Honeywell and DSC. Good luck.
  18. You need to access the DS2 directly via IP and make adjustments. We have our brightness to max. This is direct rather than via C4 driver. Default user name and password are listed in the discussion group somewhere (don’t have with me)
  19. I know the C4 driver and TotalConnect conflict. Can’t use both.
  20. Well they still claimed .20 year life or something of sort for their consumer bulbs. So they should be sued.
  21. You’re wrong. Our bulbs were all 6-7 years old and 30-40% have failed. I replaced them with new Crees 2-3 years ago and all of those failed. They should be sued. If anyone gets a class action going let me know.
  22. Cree stinks. They fail and flicker. I mailed a whole box of failed bulbs to their chairman and demanded a refund. No response. Phillips have been great. I’d try that. We have lots of adaptive phase dimmers and the Phillips bulbs work fine.
  23. 3.0 in two houses and love it. Much better GUI and more customized to room and everything seems to work fine.
  24. Yes but we have multiple meshes. Installed by a pinnacle C4 dealer and C4 has reviewed the install.
