All I hear is because they are not Control 4 So simple to Sort - But people stuck in there ways Not making assumptions - Just pointing out other people use end users as Beta Testers Q - What is wrong with a end user testing software on HE ? A - Because we are Control4 and We are Scared of End Users !!

So Why does Sonos and Apple etc have end user testers ?

Very simple ~end user beta tests ~ who only have access to HE not that hard ~ you only need one or two

How many times do we need to say it - Use End Users to help Beta Test - They would spot issues like this Simple

Just Tried - When/Then - What a load of Rubbish

Spoken to my Dealer yesterday about this and they are working on it. Looks like we will be getting a new release of HE They did not test in HE in Beta (Shock)- Hence the reason we are getting the issue

Only issue we have come across is the Password request on HE-Which is frustrating

All beta tester are dealer we have had issues before with HE ~ remember the Cert issue ?

Have the same issue ~ must start to let end users beta test

Once you have the blind group added (Get more than one added) - You can add the shades to that group in HE and program from HE We have several -ALL, Bedrooms, Hall and Living Room (We have 3 shades in the living room) Yes the Driver is Free

is your intercom anywhere App on 1.1 ? If not you will need to update

Lots of remotes - That way out of date these days

All work within C4 they are even part of C4 blind Groups

I download the new App about 2 weeks ago (1.1) Which is a lot better than the old one Is this another new one ?

To be fair - we use C4 to bring all the apps together Sonos Hue Lights Q Motion Shades Axis Gear Alexa House Alarm CCTV We have DS2 and the intercom as become some much better with the new app and T3 Touchscreen upgrades If you keep the C4 bits to a minimum and have the C4 controller and HE you have the best of both worlds - Bit DIY and a system which brings it all together. A Good remote dealer is Key and we have found one (Crustyloafer ) Plus our local AV guys now have trained staff who will log in set up the TV/AVR etc FOC just get the sale of the equipment. Its worth a go - Just take baby steps this time
