Have we established if the loss of energy monitoring on the HS110 is an inherent issue in the driver update or only affecting a few systems? I keep forgetting to change over my laundry now without my helpful reminder

Have replicated the problem and have fixed it.  Also realised that i did not update the HS220 driver to the new protocol as well.  Updated and tested that as well.
Also added HS200 as a seperate driver rather than using the HS1XX driver + outlet light driver for easier programming and also a few other tidbits that have been reported / asked for.
Pushed out the update to all systems.

Let me try to replicate it.  The LB driver was verified working via a few beta testers.  I'll schedule some time tomorrow to test it out more on our test bench.

I recently added one of the TP-Link energy monitoring plugs (HS110) to my washing machine. When the cycle finishes, I programmed an announcement telling us the load needs changed and, because we are really good at ignoring things, I have a C4 push notification sent to our phones 15 minutes later to remind us (probably need to send notifications about 3 more times though).
I use the Chowmain TP-Link and Advanced Announcements drivers for this.

Hey C4Forums Community. I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Jonathan Brown, I work for Control4(SnapAV) Customer Interface group. I am a Senior Software Engineer on the iOS team. I plan on spending time in the forums off and on to check in to see if I can help troubleshoot and resolve posts where I can and or direct your issues that might need additional help to others in our organization who might have more of an impact on issues I see being posted. I am looking to be a resource to help solve as many community issues as I can.

You can use Remote-Focused buttons to program shades to do whatever you want, although they're limited to 5 buttons per remote.

My unscientific testing shows that if I press a hard button without picking the remote up (while it's laying asleep flat on my desk, for example), the command is received by Control4 and passed on in well under a second (more like under 1/4 second).
There should be no difference whether the remote has just gone to sleep or has been asleep for hours.  I don't have a remote here that has been asleep for hours to test, but I've never noticed a delay on using one the next day, for example.
If I pick the remote up, the accelerometer wakes the remote, and long before I press the button, wifi is up and the press is virtually instantaneous.

I would second many of the comments above that Tidal and Deezer integrate really well--the in-app experience and programming possibilities are hard to beat in C4.
My biggest hang-up with Amazon Music on C4 is that you can't really do any keypad button programming with it. I use this a lot in my house so it's essentially a deal-breaker. The Amazon HD service is excellent (doing the free trial right now) and if you're OK just using the app in C4, it's still a strong option.

Amazon HD is on a 90 day trial period, so I signed up.  Without doing anything my Control4 app shows the high-res logo next to the volume control, where it did not prior...
    So looks like it works.

I've had a very good experience with mine. No connectivity issues and the app works well for remote viewing/notifications. The integration with C4 has been solid for over a year. I don't have any T3s, but do have the doorbell video pop up on a couple of my TVs with EA1s on doorbell press. My biggest complaint is the less than stellar video resolution--would really like to seem them get up to 1080p.

I'm not.  I know they have a C4 driver, http://drivers.control4.com/solr/drivers/browse?q=securityspy but I'm not sure what it does or what it's for
Just installed the software last night, so still playing around with it and learning
If anybody knows what the C4 driver does, please chime in

Go with TP-Link (although they are wifi, not zigbee).  I use them all over the house.  They work great with the Chowmain driver.

Not entirely true.  We created our own replacement Outlet Light driver which is compatible with advanced lighting scenes.  Having said that bulbs have dimming capabilities where plugs / outlets are simple on/off.  So whatever is suitable for the specific lamp.

Thanks @rea. I like bulbs as well.  I just thought the plugs would be more reliable.

No special protocols with TP-Link...just 2.4Ghz Wifi. I have bulbs, plugs and switches in my project (with Alan's driver) and have been very happy with them. Connectivity hasn't been a problem with any of them. If you have lamps, I would recommend the bulbs over the plugs as you can nicely integrate the bulbs into advanced lighting scenes.

I totally agree that Charlie is great and I don't think there's a better fit for CTO at Control4, and he's done wonders in the time he's been here (getting OS 3.0 out the door with a level of quality that was required), but I'll also say that Martin Plaehn as CEO took the company up a lot of notches during the time he was leading the company, and without Martin, we wouldn't have Charlie.

I'm looking forward to seeing how John Heyman leads the combined company.
From what I've seen, the whole SnapAV team is very forward-thinking, and I have high hopes for the future.

P.S.  Nothing I'm saying in this post should be construed to be an official communication of SnapAV+Control4, but I'm guessing they wouldn't mind me saying it...

Deezer and Tidal both work great. Also, CEDIA is in a month and there's always the possibility (odds are somewhere between 0-100%  )that C4 could announce Apple Music integration then if you're willing to wait and see.
