Anyone know how to get the icon cache updated on the device?
we switched providers and its still showing the old cable icon ONLY on the halo.
the icon updated on the app/neeo & touch screens.

Make sure the adapter you get is real gigabit. but with the speeds you are getting with WiFi is the same i am getting with my UAP-pro with gig internet. if your Ethernet adapter is running at GB you will/should get around 980 on your speed test.

We have just developed an simple shortcut that toggles a Light
Just say "Hey Siri, Lights" and it will turn on the light if its OFF and vice versa

Yes they have IR. When i had altice one i just used the old STA Driver and Cablevision used that code set on the new boxes for legacy remotes in circulation. I am 95% sure if you switch to the STA driver it will work.

i only use them. no issue and work well. i also use the pico remotes for volume control in some rooms.
Keep in mind there is a 50 device limit, also you will need the PRO hub to connect to control 4 not the one they sell at home depot.
