Tickle Me Elmo sold out - but that wasn't a good product said 99% of the world :-) But that 1% sure loved that furry monster!  So maybe the Neeo remote is a furry monster?

My goodness... I have sat with my dealer while he has installed drivers... and “they” have a “free” library of over 10,000 drivers... that sounds fairly robust to me.
The bigger challenge for an end user is knowing what drivers are in this massive library and when new supercool drivers are added.  At the end of the day, that is one of the big pluses of this forum.

Unrelated to the NEEO, but on the SR remotes if you highlight a light on the screen and hit the number pad (1-9) it will turn the light to that percentage. IE: 5 = 50%. 8 = 80%. Etc...

Take a look at this thread :

Looks like the SmartBridge Pro isn't available in the UK officially.  However, it seems like it should work if you get one sent over from the US.  Standard 5v USB connection, so definitely no power issues.  SmartBridge Pro2 is easily available on Amazon US and plenty of other electrical retail/wholesale sites.

I'll bite, just for a moment.  My money is on the Araknis 300 router being the problem.  Out of interest, how hot does the equipment in your rack get ?  I've seen this problem with the 300 router in an inadequately ventilated rack.  Little bit of fan/ducting/cold air and it never reoccurred.  I've also seen A300's cause intermittent network failure in normal temp conditions
If this was my home, I'd make sure that temperatures/venting were sorted.  If the problem still exists, I'd save the router settings, and do a factory reset.  If still experiencing problems, I'd swap the router out, followed by the switch if still a problem.  Feel free to ignore this advice or disagree with it as you wish.

I use exactly this AV Access piece to run 4K from a receiver to an outdoor TV on my roof deck.  Tx is in an outdoor equipment closet, and the Rx is mounted in a panel within the TV.  It's been rock solid for the last 2 years, which is more than I can say for some C4 equipment.

Will be used for the new remote when it finally surfaces.  Looks like it will be the first product to come out of the acquisition of NEEO some months ago.  The original NEEO remote was a Kickstarter project (I have one knocking around somewhere), and it used a wi-fi Hub with a sleek looking (but rather flawed) remote control handset.

+1 for the Blackwire driver.  I've got three of these TV's in a project, all working just fine, including the Mini apps for individual streaming services.

Why not replace the XF/Comcast cable modem with one of your own (there's an approved list online).  Sounds like you are already using a separate router that you are happy with.

Both to be honest.  But you might find a C4 dealer that can do everything.  You won't find a gas installer with a handy copy of Composer Pro and a Z2IO in his van...

Didn’t see it on your list but consider Lutron Castea switches/dimmers with a Smart Bridge Pro. Inexpensive and very easy to integrate in C4.  Most of my upstairs had LC switches and dimmers for the last few years and they have worked flawlessly.  Big plus is that you can use Pico remotes in your project.  The biggest downside is some event limitations (e.g. no double tap support, have to program directly against light level) and there is a slight delay in AL scenes with mixed LC/C4 devices, but until I needed double tap and LED control those were minor inconveniences given the massive cost difference between C4 switches/dimmers and the Lutron Castea ones.

I have verified with the composer team that a T3 driver is required to be in the project.  This will be fixed in the next release.

Would it really have been that hard for C4 to have designed something shiny and new that at least fitted the old back box dimensions ?  I'll bet that there would be more upgrades going on over the next few months if they had.  I completely agree with the argument that nothing 'stopped working' with the release of OS3 - just stay with 2.10 and carry on.  But it would make custom installs a lot easier to upgrade if the footprint was the same size.
Let's be honest - C4 door stations/intercom/locks have always been a bit flaky.  I'd go further and say that the competing hardware in this area isn't great either.  None of these solutions are worthy of 2019 generation tech.  Still waiting for the killer integration here - reliable, high res, non-laggy, good phone integration, works well remotely, simple to use etc.

Mine has nothing to do with upgrading controllers. I am more than willing to upgrade a controller in order to upgrade a system. It’s the ripping out of fixed items like a door station that require specialized masonry work.    The door station had a single job to relay audio within my system. Why can I not continue to do so and upgrade into the future. I have no problem paying prices to upgrade controllers in order to get the latest software. It’s the inability to take a long fixed items like a door station. We are not comparing the same.

I’d be just as circumspect about buying C4 touchscreens and door stations.  I’ve wasted far more money on that hardware than I ever have on iPads and mounts 😉
