It may have been the power supply, but not being able to upgrade OS was the issue for me

Ok, the problem is probably that OS3 is not picking the audio path you want. To solve this, just add the AV Path Setter driver between the Karaoke and TV and configure it not to let audio pass through. This will force C4 to route audio via the optical link to the receiver.

He already made the assumption the stop command wasn't an issue.
Also the second stop is redundant.

But yes the biggest point would be to stopping the overall script (or having to build in more layers of programming.
It's functional use is limited beyond that (as frankly, it would only be one line less to program, assuming you even need a stop command for the programming.

It IS more in line with common programming languages, and if you're using it in extensive macros, it makes it easier to track 'sections' of programming.

@brucecampbell - yes, AppleTV has a fair amount of 4K content.

Where I've encountered this I just called the 'Apple TV App' Apple App, Apple Movies or Apple Streaming as per client preference.

    A 12V relay would be a good option if;
you can run LV cable from the controller to the pool controller,
Or you can install a Z2IO at this location
And you are happy to only have control from C4 (or can rig another LV input on a switch to give a manual override.)
I'd assume Matt wants a physical switch so manual on/off is an option without having to remember to take a phone out to turn off the pumps when maintenance is required. - or having to unplug.
I have never added my pool pump to C4, but I have a second pump in the same location running a waterfall into the pool.
This second pump is controlled by a relay - but I have two runs of 6 core security cable running back to the rack - so I have local switching using the C4 contacts to run the relay for the pump and pool lights etc..

I used the Phillips Motion Driver to add several of these around the house. Small, Cheap, good battery life. Best one I have in the project is in my liquor cabinet...….sends me a notification when door opened. Used to flash the lights in the room - but that wasn't covert enough
Use one in the master bath too. This one turns on the lights for the shower and vanity when it senses motion and turns off 45 min later. BUT here's my "wow" If the temp in the bathroom goes up beyond 74 AND IF the lights are on - it kicks on my exhaust fan. I replaced the switch with and older used C4 switch, works great. Only runs for 15 min then off again. Keeps the mirrors from fogging up

Pressure sensor under the mattress so when I’m out of town if a certain weight is exceeded I get a notification and recording history 😉

I had a custom button play the announcement sound in the house of clinking ice cubes in a glass, and the text to speech say "cocktail please"....My wife thought it was funny twice then made me erase it.

I think all the "Cool" stuff I end up programming tends to be just a load of fairly basic things just with a tonne of vars involved. Generally alarm sets + unsets based on time, day, user, weather etc. All triggering a/v, blinds, lights, doors (locks), HVAC.

Turn the kettle on ~ when the Alarm goes off on a morning
Going to bed - sensor triggers ~ wave music starts playing to help you sleep

    If you are in USA!
Disney+ and Prime Video and many more apps are not yet enabled for other regions outside of the USA (And Canada?) on ROKU - yet....

incorrect ir codes are a quick way to lock up a controller.
be sure you are entering the ir command in the correct format
i would also suggest using a tv driver with a similar age or setup to the tv you have now. Its not necessary to use the specific model of your tv to get the desired results.

We are planning to hrelease a video to our youtube channel shortly just a sort of preview to the course. We are not sure on pricing and how we will end up distributing it. I hope those who join will get there money's worth as we are planning to release 42 videos approximately to start and will add more as requests coming.

what you would want to do is all in programming. We are filming the video on this subject this week in the video course we are creating.
in any case it would be simple programming on the lighting scene
    when the scene changes
       if active
change the current led color on x and y keypads to z color
    becomes non active
set the current led color on x and y keypads to Z color

The Netflix through Apple all go to Roku channels.

Is that what you are looking for?

Same on a TV. Same on the SR watch menu.

The mini apps will do just what I assume you want. The integration of Roku is one of the best of all 3rd party C4 devices and as of now certainly the best media player integration. Pretty Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc icons on interfaces and listed under watch as “Netflix”, etc. For the less common apps, you can have a “catchall” item listed on your watch menu that has a sub menu on the SR remotes for all of the apps. Mitch helped me set mine up last summer and like he mentioned the passthrough mode lets the remote actually display which app your currently controlling. Really good stuff. Best value of any integration I’d say.

Yes yes and up to you. You can let is stay on mini app name or select pass thru in the driver. Up to you. Functions either way

Hey bro, settle down - me read good az.
Giving options are better than remaining silent.
We don't know the full context; 'Zigbee' might well be superfluous.
A 230V outlet compatible with C4 - it has me assuming control from C4 is required - therefore it does not necessarily matter how C4 actually controls the device.

Hey - if zigbee is required, then someone else might read this thread and be informed of the options.
