Dan - I see something similar with my announcements. I had my dealer go back in and program my audio files (since I can't do it through HE), and even though they are there they only fire 20% of the time - including my doorbell, which is really annoying. Other processes fire reliably - put DS2 camera on touchscreens, turn foyer light on, etc. - just not the audio file. 
Our home/system is new (approx 6 months) and had been rock solid on these items until the 3.2 upgrade - so I'm comfortable pointing the finger solidly at that. The silence is deafening on the C4 side, but I'm hoping they are (quietly) at work on a resolution. 

You can get Photo from the DS2 in a Push Notification and the Events will show in History (Like the Chime I believe) 
However we can not get either of them to work - Dropping my Dealer a Email once I`m back in the office 

Well, he is correct.  Not all Control4 drivers will auto update, but more and more as time goes on, with the goal of most 'current' DriverWorks drivers being able to auto update.

Go for HE ~ it allows you programme your system ~ only thing you can not do is add new products 
also get the rename driver which allows you to change the name of your devices

Had an incredible architect and builder and used the same C4 dealer as we use for our main residence in Johannesburg, so we ended up with an unbelievable holiday home!

So restored my backup project that I did before I upgraded to 3.2 and my GE Concord is back online.... so until some of these 3.2 bugs are worked out, I would recommend avoiding!
The downside is now I'm stuck on firmware 3.2 and can't use Composer to do any programming.

Yes - Our was last night - Now we have left the EU we can do what every we like

Mitch I agree and things do go wrong - But this was a classic - It would have been spotted in less than 20 Secs of a End User starting up HE 
Great its sorted out and to be honest its only properly effected a few people - But it most flag up issues with Testing ?

Spoken to my Dealer yesterday about this and they are working on it. 
Looks like we will be getting a new release of HE 
They did not test in HE in Beta (Shock)- Hence the reason we are getting the issue 

Android user here and I FINALLY have my video showing on intercom! Whatever they did w the new API into the C4 app fixed it. Happy to see this. Also nice to have only 1 app. 

Have the same issue ~ must start to let end users beta test 

This a known issue now and they have it with their engineering team. no timeline on a fix as of yet.

The only constraints limiting the DS2 or any other 3rd party door station from taking advantage of all the new features are from a hardware perspective, but we are working with the DS2 supplier to help them get their firmware and driver updated to utilize these some of these new features.
