  1. I was under the impression that the "pro" hub was the only one that exposed the API/interface required for the integration. Are you sure you don't have a "pro" hub?
  2. Use IR or try one of the other IP drivers for Denon:
  3. Assuming you are in the USA? That is a 240V switch. USA is 110V. That wouldn't allow you to have variable speed control on your fan either.
  4. It just happened while launching Hulu from a Room Off state.
  5. No, you use the knob to ignite the pilot (mine is always on most of the time like yours). I actually have another knob too - which I thought was supposed to adjust the height of the flame, but I don't think it does. Then you just flip the rocker switch to actually ignite the logs once the pilot is lit. You can use the rocker to turn the logs on/off as long as the pilot is lit.
  6. Ok - similar to mine, I think. Except I have two knobs (the pilot adjustment/push button thing) and a rocker switch. I'll try to remember to snap a pic when i get home.
  7. You don't currently have RF, right? I don't think mine does. I feel like it was supposed to, but I think something happened when we were building and I forgot to follow up with the folks that installed it.
  8. I think we can also use a Shelly Relay, but I haven't had the time to do the research just yet.
  9. This has been happening on the newer Roku Ultra LT (4801) in the USA. I haven't seen it happen on my older 4600s.
  10. Let me know if you figure this out. I'm in the exact same situation. Unfortautnely, I think there is tile over the ignitor box, so I'll have to rip that out. Mine has an On/Off rocker switch on little fake log that just sits next to the gas logs. Would love to automate this.
  11. This recently started happening to us as well on Roku. It's not *every* time (I just tested and it launched Netflix just fine), but it does happen occasionally (we hit "Watch Netflix" and instead of Roku launching the app, it just goes to the Roku Home screen). Pretty sure I have experienced it on Hulu as well. It used to be bulletproof, so it seems like a firmware upgrade has broken something recently.
  12. This worked for me: I initially tried to use "PLAYING_AUDIO_DEVICE," but couldn't get the programming to trigger. Thanks for the tip!
  13. Bullet Train from AVProStore is a popular active option. https://www.bullettraincables.com/10kaoc.html
  14. Just wanted to follow up and let the thread know that this worked perfectly! Here is what I did: Added a second "Roku" device to the room ("Roku Listen") Added the "Audio Authority AVAtrix" AVSwitch driver to the room Connected the TV's optical audio output to INPUT1 on the AVSwitch Connected the "Roku Listen" optical output (logical) to INPUT2 on the AVSwitch Connected the AVSwitch OUTPUT to an input on the Triad Matrix Under normal circumstances, when I choose "Watch->Hulu," sound comes out of the TV speakers as intended. If I want the TV sound to come out of the in-ceiling speakers instead (Triad zone), I choose "Listen->Roku Listen." To go back to TV sound, I simply select "Watch->Hulu" again. Still playing with a way to turn down the TV volume when "Listen->Roku Listen" is selected. Thanks for the help, Rav!
  15. A pair of Wago or butt connectors is what I have used. It's ugly, but it's all I had in a pinch.
  16. Not to mention gaming the system to get enough posts to be able to post things in the "For Sale" forum.
  17. Yep - it does work (I think). I was sort of surprised. It's a Samsung 2021 Frame. I changed the video and video/volume endpoints to the matrix last night and was able to control the volume through the matrix/speakers just fine.
  18. Well - that was my original plan, but the Roku Ultra doesn't actually have an optical out (since the 2016 model). Only HDMI. Because of that, it sounds like the original plan won't be possible, since I can't connect the audio output (AV OUT) of the Roku to two different things (TV HDMI and audio matrix). I'll take a look at the AV Switch - this is a driver? Thanks for the help!
  19. Having a bit of trouble getting this working. In this room, the primary video audio/volume endpoint is the TV it's self (no soundbar). The audio endpoint is the audio matrix. A second Roku device was added ("Roku Listen"), but I don't see this as an option for "Listen" in the room's navigator options. I can't connect the AVOUT output on the "Roku Listen" device to my TV's HDMI since this connection already exists on the "Roku Watch" primary Roku. For what it's worth, to get TV audio back into the matrix, I'm using the TV's optical output directly into an optical input on the matrix. Am I missing a connection somewhere?
  20. Dark mode should be an option, not mandatory (imo). In any event, the "red" theme is just much less pleasant than the old blue/white theme (again, imo). There is a reason red is typically used selectively and sparingly in UX/UI design. It's usually used to highlight or draw attention to specific components - not as a main color in the style. I really do appreciate all of the other improvements though, Mitch! I promise!
  21. Not a fan of the red color. I don't see a way to switch the theme as a user. Is this possible?
  22. Totally overkill as others have suggested. I have 10+ TV's, and I have a EA1 behind *one* of them. I never use the on-screen-display. The OSD seems cool, but with so many other interfaces that are easier to access (eg, phones, tablets, keypads), I think you are overestimating it's usefulness. If you need I/O, consider adding a local controller. For Zigbee, if you use C4 lighting and/or distribute wireless keypads throughout the home (zigbee repeaters), you should be fine.
  23. Anyone have any experience with Environmental Lights decoders? Specifically the Studio 24. Specs look great, and unlike most of these manufactures, the documentation is quite good. I have a unit en route to test. I had been using these (per recommendation from Domaudeo), but I'm having issues with random flickers/flashing that I can't seem to resolve.
  24. Sounds like a great idea. Happy to help author some of them as well!
