  1. On that page there should be a drop down selector that shows all three rokus. Make sure each driver has the correct Roku selected. Easy way to find out is to start up the apps and make sure the driver information is updated with the channel name on each respective driver.
  2. Do the Rokus show up in the drop down on their driver's properties page? (should be able to see that in Composer HE).
  3. You could be like me. I subscribe to TV channels only to use a Roku and the Channel apps. Then I only use a modem from my ISP for the internet.
  4. Yes it does. It will still start with the song that was saved. If the song that was playing when the preset is saved is removed from the playlist, the preset will start from the first song of the playlist instead. Easy way to test this is make a playlist with a couple songs, save the preset, then add some more songs to the playlist.
  5. The issue is not the app. The issue is the Apple OS. iOS 13.1 beta 4 does not have any of the issues that iOS 13 release does.
  6. But... I would definitely notify your dealer you are swapping ISPs so they are aware they may need to come out if the ISP breaks anything.
  7. Changing ISP will not impact anything except your network (if they use their router instead of yours), and your internet connection. Your controller registration and Control4 account should just work regardless of ISP. Some ISPs are better than other for music streaming and remote connectivity. If you're going with a faster ISP, it may be a better experience overall.
  8. I would update to the iOS beta. I hear iOS 13.1 beta 4 is good.
  9. HC800 can buffer High Res audio, but it does not put out higher than 44.1khz/16bit audio for any source. EAs are the first that have outputs that work at up to 192khz/24bit.
  10. I like it. I first only had one WK2, but it didn't give me good signal everywhere, so I got a second one. I have about 15+ devices on WiFi that haven't had any issues. My wife has worked from home a couple times and she has said it's faster than her work network.
  11. That equipment list is exactly what I use for my own home network.
  12. I have it working in my system. Some songs are only CD quality, but they are flac format. I've had a few go above 44.1khz/16bit.
  13. Make sure you use SXM for Business since it has the proper licensing for commercial. Should be able to program any station using Composer Pro and the C4 SXM driver.
  14. Why not do it secure with a VPN? Port Forwarding is a bad idea in general for home security. Hackers do not care at all.
  15. What exactly are you trying to do? Mobile app connecting to a public IP?
  16. if you have access to the customer.control4.com account, you can change the password and then go to My Account-> Users & Devices and disable/delete any you don't want to have access. My Account->My Account, then Edit My Account lets you enable/disable remote access for your dealer and Control4 Support.
  17. The speaker point is end of life and not supported past 2.10.6 (last OS to allow it).
  18. Depends on if you added them as a user to your customer account or gave them the password to your customer account. And if you see the cameras inside the C4 app or if you use an NVR app. If they are set up with an NVR, they could be auto recording based on motion.
  19. I would use the matrix switch solution rather than relying on Sonos to distribute the audio. You'd more likely have interruptions in a whole home scene using Sonos to distribute across the network than using a matrix switch with audio cables to each Sonos.
  20. I don't believe the Atom D525 (HC800) or Atom CE5335 (EA5) support ECC. I don't know the cpu model on the CA10 since I haven't used one yet, but the previous two top controllers didn't have ECC.
  21. Not really. You'd be better of with an i9-9900K. DDR4 would be awesome though. More cores wouldn't help out much, the higher single core speed would though.
  22. I would stay with the Control4 kit because MyQ has not certified or approved any integration. The drivers that work with MyQ are a hack and MyQ could break them at their own desire. There is a polling delay with the MyQ and MyQ requires the cloud (i.e. internet). The Control4 one would work regardless of internet and the status would update immediately.
  23. MQA is used in two places. Tidal and MyMusic. MQA with MyMusic requires purchased files that are MQA. To use Tidal MQA, you have to have the proper subscription. Everything else will not use it and I'd advise leaving it unchecked unless you use one of those two cases.
  24. I agree with you, but redundant storage is not the same as a secondary image for an OS. I haven't seen many issues with the processor or nic dying outside of a lightning strike. Power supply and harddrive failure I have seen, so that's a great addition. The one I have seen more is corruption and these redundancies don't solve that, nor if the primary goes completely down. Those would be the next step. If the OS breaks, then I doubt it magically loads the good one from the other half of the RAID 1 because both sides would have been updated with the bad data.
  25. I would highly suggest looking around for a good dealer in your area to help you through your ownership.
