Control4 quoted Roku in the dealer forum.

I'm told it'll be available in OS 3.4.2 RC2. @msgreenf graciously informed me that RC1 is already available, so RC2 should be available soon.

Open/Close -
toggle door, set variable gap to false
Gap -
Set variable gap to true, open door.
Sensor programming - when gap sensor closes: If variable gap is true, stop door.

Control4 is aware of the problem, it started Friday and as far as they can tell it's a Roku problem...

I have reason to believe this user is fraudulent and has not completed details with other members. I have disabled his ability to message. 
 
I do not recommend doing business with him 

now if they know your WiFi SSID/Passkey they can still get support by sitting outside; but don’t think that is a valid risk to worry about

I think the issue lies in the programming rather than a bug. I may well be wrong though.
Can you post screenshots of your programming?
