I have had a Netatmo weather station for about 1.5 years, and I recommend it.  It is dead-simple to set up, is reasonably reliable (about 2-3 reboots per year is the worst of it), links out-of-the-box to Wunderground, and provides lots of useful data in its own app.  The WU functionality is pretty cool -- Netatmo shares its data with WU on the back end, so you'll have your own Wunderground station ID within a day or two of setting up your Netatmo, with basically zero effort on your part.
I had been using the Wunderground station ID to import weather data into C4, but like many others in this thread, that functionality has been broken for me.  While I do have a new API from Wunderground for my own driver, like others have said, I can't get the new C4 weather driver to accept it.  This is my only gripe with Netatmo at present.
If someone actually has a Netatmo driver for C4, I would be thrilled.
While the lack of C4 integration is a bit of a bummer, Netatmo still works great with IFTTT.  We use it to trigger actions on our Rachio sprinkler controller via IFTTT, for example.

Boy do I feel you on this.  I've been through two new builds also and a basement finish project.  It sucks when you feel like you have to watch them and tell them not to do dumb stuff.  I could tell you some stories.  The other issue is they will treat you like you don't know what you are talking about as an excuse to do a piss poor job.  ok rant over.
I've also been through 4 or 5 dealers in my area and it is not fun.  Keep looking and changing dealers until you land on a good one.  Also there are some good remote dealers that are very helpful, if you can manage the wiring and install from your end.  @AK1 is who I use.

as to the topic, my ATV has taken to randomly playing music and the screen saver has stopped working, so I'll be talking with my dealer about the drivers.  Hopefully we can resolve it, because it is annoying.  I like to fall asleep on the couch watching movies and lately i've been waking up in the middle of the night and there is the TV stuck on one screen.  Frustrating.

We typically put all in the rack.Standard config is
4x4 HDBaseT Matrix with all sources connected to it.
HDBaseT outputs to 4 video zones including including AVR zone.
Mirrored HDMI output from HDBaseT matrix fed into AVR in rack for audio feed from selected sources.
Blustream CAT100AU for audio return from TV to AVR when viewing terrestrial TV channels and built-in apps on TV
Audio output from Triad audio matrix into AVR so is part of C4 multi-room audio system

Definitely don't try to use zone 2/3 on the amps.
Get a c4-8amp for the 4 zones of audio, and get a denon/sony/yamaha/integra/onkyo/marantz for the theatre rooms. They all have good IP control. We typically do the Denon AVR-X3500H.

I've taken the liberty to repackage this driver by fixing the output types, changing the type from DVD to Media Player, adding the same icons that the No Control driver has, etc. (main part I cared about were the icons) - hope it's useful to someone. The IR part is unmodified, and it's an unencrypted c4z, so you can just unzip it and continue making changes.

Gary Leeds UK reacted to Shivam Paw in texecom premier elite Alarm
It works pretty well for us. There were quite a few bugs early on which I posted about on here. Got most of them solved except for one:
Arm the house, cancel the arm while it’s counting down. The countdown will continue although the house is disarmed. Now the only way to know it’s disarmed is by checking the telecom panel / listening for the beeping noise the texecom panel makes so if your panel is away from where you are you might have a mini heart attack the first time you cancel an arm like I did...
you can disarm and arm and part arm from C4 programming so yes you can use the upstairs sensors to disarm (why though?)
all the alarm sensors can be used in C4 programming if added to the project as well.
You could technically do something with the standalone C4 sensors and the alarm so that when motion detected and if alarm is armed do stuff but you wouldnt be able to link it back to your actual alarm without the installer doing so.
    Useful programming we have:
Double tap button near the door to full arm house.
When full armed, set mocupancy to playback.
When disarmed, set mocupancy to record.
When full armed set Nests to eco.
When disarmed set Nests to normal.
Some stuff you can do with the sensors if they get added to the project would be if it’s between sunset and sunrise and the landing sensor is triggered then turn on the landing lights to dim to allow peoole to see where they are walking.
When the alarm is triggered send out push notifications, take snapshots of cameras and send them and also play a scary announcement around the house saying “u are trespassing and you are being watched”.
When house is armed turn on the nest cams around the house via the smart plugs and when disarmed turn them off (privacy ya know)
    Have fun!

Yes the upstairs sensors can disarm the alarm. Not sure about sensors "Becoming part of the alarm" though... You might be able to do it if you trigger an output from C4 into the alarm panel. I generally try to keep the alarm system to itself and C4 just interacts with it on an arm/disarm basis.
I find the most popular part of alarm integration with C4 is automatic home / away triggers.
eg, all A/V + Lighting off on alarm set with mocupancy enabled when leaving. And lights coming on if night time with a bit of AV coming on when disarmed and back home.

Mitch is fantastic!  Seriously, we connected on here yesterday about updating my C4 to the newest version so I could add the functionality of the Music Services.  He was quick to answer all of my questions and setup a time to get things rolling THE SAME DAY!!  I have a good dealer but it is difficult to get on the calendar and I knew it would be weeks before I could be upgraded.  I also discovered that they have a FREE Ecobee driver and I had him install that while he was on the system.  Just to further explain how good Mitch is.....he told me that my Roku driver was very old, asked me if I wanted "direct access" icons under the "Watch" tab of C4 for Netflix, Hulu and all my Roku channels.  He dialed that up in a matter of minutes and completely changed my viewing experience with my Roku!
Amazon Music Service is really good.  If you are a prime member, you might as well give it a shot as it is included.  Super easy to setup on C4.
First class communications, quick, easy and very reasonable.  I will definitely use Mitch again in the future!
Thanks Mitch!  Could not be more happy!

That is a massive redesign of the driver.
When I first designed it I actually meant to make this the lite driver and to make a full driver with account features.  I still would like to do it but it would take quite a bit of work.

Switched to Neil to help me get Alexa actually running my C4 setup. (Hint: Have him install the 3rd party Alexa driver for instant response to commands). He pretty much knows everything about programing for C4, but his ability to integrate Alexa to take my house to the next level was awesome. Even my wife, who hates gadgets, is loving having someone else to boss around besides me.
I suspected my original dealer was a novice at this stuff, but now I know what a real C4 programmer can do.

1,2,3,4 (but you don't get advanced audio) you have to try 5 for yourself.  I wouldn't even want to run slow navigator from an HC-300 even if it works it isn't a good user experience.

We have a Yale lock in our Project and £80 for the Module sound correct - We paid that
To get it on our system - we did remote and cost me £10 and then we did the programming via HE.
Check out user SENSE - He is selling some T3 on the for sale section - Sounds like your dealer is having you over

I bought a driver written by @Bogdy.  Everything worked great, I could see that the generic Control4 motion driver was sensing motion and temperature just fine.  However, I had an issue getting any programming to read the motion and trigger any events.  I reached out to @Bogdy and he quickly set up some time to troubleshoot.  Turns out it was a simple reboot of my controller that fixed the problem.  Awesome support and awesome driver.

You need to add 2.10+ Temp Display Driver and the Generic C4  Sensor along with above gateway and you will have
    Full working C4 Sensor.
    Well done Bogby
