    One of Control4 staff that was working on my issue provided me with an invitation to test the beta version for fixing all my camera feeds, a problem I reported back in April, they had access to my system since then and worked a lot till they figured out the issue and provided the fix in the beta release!

    Agree 100% it’s a bulky MF! It’s larger than a regular smoke detector for sure I wish they can shrink it to Ubiquity AP size or smaller, why do they need all this size for! Pricy as well, you will need 12 or more at least to cover a full house.

    I have the beta version and it’s fast, it for sure working with the current 2.10.6, as for why it takes this long to release beats me, probably they are fixing other things or additions new features as well! But remember C4 was never fast ...

    I didn’t! My fan was not listed but it has a similar control to one of the supported models, I toke the risk and bought MultiX, programmed it with my Fan and worked without issues since then!

    Move to Zigbee channel 20, most of your your interferences issues will go away, do that first and try the system for a couple of days if you still have sluggish or slow remote operation then u have a weak Zigbee network and you do need to boost it!

    So a technician can’t find the HC800? Is this a C4 technician? Reset the controller!

    Not sure why it’s not working, I think you are using a wrong driver release for OS2, there are 2 versions one for OS2 and the other for OS3, so u need to use the OS2 version to work! I’m on 2.10.6 and Epic Driver is working just fine as the native C4 sometimes work and most of the time doesn’t because a country-wide restrictions!

    C4 confirmed the issue for the app and they are working on a fix, this has nothing to do with UniFi, period!

    Not OS 3.0 am talking about OS2. IOS app had a bug for the past 5 months that prevented camera thumbs! Testflight

    Yes, I had received an invite to use the beta pre-released software as part of the trouble shooting for my case, and the feeds are finally fixed, great support by all means and I couldn’t be happier. Wait for the official release soon.

    Not related to OS version. Open a support ticket and they will fix your account!

    Hello all, I can confirm that with IOS OS2 Beta app 2.10.11.3 rolled out today the camera thumbs had been fixed and returned back to work on 10.2.6. Toke sometime to fix but is working now and it’s fast

    Absolutely and BTW the camera’s thumbs had been fixed now with Beta 3 absolutely fabulous to have it back on 2.10.6!

    5 more years and some disruptive tech will take over, I will stay with C4 thought .. .

    C4 like any professional home automation require drivers to integrate too and is not intended for DIY’ers. There is a native z-wave support although is limited but exists or u integrate in full via Vera, anything that integrates to Vera can integrate to C4 as there is a driver for Vera to C4!

    I have mine work with DS1 on 2.10.6, no issues at all, even Intercome Anywhere works but have to be run in the background on my IOS devices all the time

    No integration between SmartThing and C4, u can only integrate Google Home via IFTTT for now.
