Just letting you know, 20220621 has been pushed to production. It changes a few things:
Colorwheel will only change color after you're done moving it. This should fix the quota issue. If there are still issues, let me know Diagnostics have been further improved  Those using foreign locales (mainly Germany) should hopefully no longer encounter issues (let us know if issues persist).

A lot of things. But mainly:
Click / Hold rates should now operate correctly Ramping is now correctly working and smooth (both up and down, and from on -> Off, off Off -> On). Provide an option regarding whether users want to automatically turn on the light if a colour is selected I rewrote the scene handling code to fix the edgecases (and, I personally wouldn't hesitate to demo it if I was still an installer with a showroom, especially as you can add custom colorflow light sequences which can be exposed in extras too).  

Thank you and I will for sure report a bug with the camera proxy, my cams are not loading since the early launch of OS3 till date 🧐 I hope it will be fixed one day, the bug only for IOS app, Android is just fine

Actually all I care about is rain, Heavy rain not light showers, I turn off all outdoor lighting and sockets to prevent any surprise, even these are water proof but it’s much better to cut of electricity during rain!

For reference all lighting drivers irrespective of developer requires to be replaced.  Control4 had to do this as there was no standards for how RGBW lighting worked before hand with multiple lighting proxies being used, some camera proxies and webviews.  As such there was no upgrade path.  Hence why you have to install manually.
Luckily for us Control4 gave all the major developers plenty of time to rewrite all of their drivers which we took advantage of to make sure that all of our licenced drivers were upgraded to support this new OS 3.3 lighting proxy.

v2 will replace v1, in fact I’ll probably make v2 OS 3.3.0 and above only given the great new features with native colour wheel support etc. I’m in the process of adding colour support now. The Mosquitto MQTT broker is bundled with OS 3.3.0 which is fantastic news and a native C4:MQTT() client to interface with. All brilliant additions.
The v1 drivers will still work but I’ve stopped development on them. The Cloud driver is replaced by Berto Agent which does all Cloud did and more. No need to register, no restrictions, support for Email, Pushover, MQTT, REST, IFTTT all built in and more.
The Gateway driver is being broken out into individual hub drivers eg. LIFX, Shelly, Tasmota, Yeelight, TP Link and Zigbee2MQTT is work in progress. I’ll probably create HA and HomeKit but leave GA and Alexa out, the C4 options are great now.
A lot to do and only me to do it unfortunately but I’ll keep you updated.

In this case am not aware of any other system that supports both 2-wire and can be integrated to C4. Maybe you have external relays or contact sensors you can use? If yes then u might be able to integrate it to C4 but frankly it will be on/off kind of integration not full functionality!

Man, color wheel integration is super nice, much better than any other solution! Costed me some real cash as I had 15 light loads that had to be completely removed and added back!

Rachio and Blackwire driver is a solid rock thing, don’t look elsewhere!
Am in Egypt and while my country is supposed not to be supported the system worked flawlessly for 7 years now, I tried their support in 2017 and they were very supportive.

I'd do it again.  Countless doors opened from that one decision.  I actually got the idea from watching a documentary on Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs.  He took the subway a few hours each way, every day, and worked at Def Jam records under Russel Simmons, for free.  I'm not a Puff fan by any stretch, but it was inspiring.  The US was in the midst of the housing collapse of '08 also.  A good number of A/V and Automation firms were going under.    
 
I was in my early 20's, and felt like the gamble would pay off.
 
It did, handsomely.  It was ultimately the right decision for me.

Well, upgrade went smoothly, pushed remotely, I have guts no worries. One of the T3 took 1 hour to update, may be WiFi is weak up there, nothing brook, although I have unsupported Zigbee configuration, all is working fine and as expected, noticed faster connection with Android tablets locally better connection, faster, really good 😊

This is for security reasons, anyone can open your door using same voice commands, so for safety, make it using a physical button in your car like a door opener or in the C4 App only

It doesn’t matter where the location of the main controller is as long as you have a power backup for it as per any decent recommendation!

Once OS 3.3 is released I'll add Color Wheel support to the Dimmer driver also.
I'm in the process of pushing a v2 release of my drivers which will eventually supersede all v1 drivers.
The new Agent driver now has many features bundled in that replaces previous v1 drivers such as IFTTT, Pushover, MQTT, Mail, REST/HTTP Webevents, OwnTracks...

I 100% disagree.
I worked for free back in 2008 just to learn.  I worked nights in law enforcement, and worked during the day with a couple of C4 dealers at the time.  This turned into a full time job, which turned into another full time job, which turned into running a company, which led to software emphasis, which led to Engineering, which led to me making nearly triple what I did starting off in this business.  This also allowed me to give back to the C4 community that I came from.
 
Just because you trade your time for experience, doesn't make you a chump.  There are always multiple pathways to a destination, and not everyone is so one-dimensional.  Granted, I didn't ultimately end up in AV or Custom Integration, but looking back, I'd do it all over again, best decision I ever made.
 
TLDR:  You make your own path.

Am running the Webview over a POE powered T3 and am fine with its speed really, not that bad, when T4 become available in 2024 we can get a couple on hot spots 😄😁

It’s super faster now I can confirm, even on remote 4G connection, improved by 2-3 seconds at least, great 😊 really, am happy the extra $20 comes handy and to a very good use 🤣 pls take my money 😅

Yes this was my comment on the time it takes from boot to be operational with C4 assuming control, I thought I read that u are inserting this delay intentionally waiting for the device to function, I must be wrong!
