    Glad to hear it's not just me seeing that behavior with the HS220's. Mine also respond fine when turning off/on but the lighting page doesn't update.

    Anyone else seeing the HS220 dimmer switches show on the lighting page as always being turned on? The slider stays at whatever level they are programmed to turn on to and the on/off bulb indicator the right of the slider stays lit (when turned off). Definitely one of my favorite drivers...thanks Alan for all the work y'all have put into this one!

    I had a customers Ecobee go offline this week as well. My demo system is still connected.

    Are the internal speakers are turned off? Can't think of any other reason.

    We have a customer with a Schlage Encode lock and I am also wondering if there is integration ability with Control4?

    Thank you for the suggestion. I tried this app several years ago (under another name then) but it looks like it has come a long way. My phone is not rooted so I tried the Android 10+ native recording but it didn't work with Apple Music for me. What apps were you able to get it to work with. It did connect to my C4 system with no problem. Thanks again!

    Are you installing any video conferencing equipment? We have been trying to find the best product for small to medium sized conference rooms and would appreciate any input. Looking at Barco's new Clickshare CX series and Logitech's Meetup and Rally products. Thanks!

    I have been searching for updates every few months as well. Was excited about this when I saw the release but haven't seen anything since.

    V18 has not been stable at all for us. I have reconnected my own system and 2 customer systems twice this week.

    The Ecobee communication problems seem to be ongoing for everyone. I just re-connected 3 customers this morning.

    I used the LEAP drivers last week for a Caseta integration and they were great. However it pulled in the Lutron scenes but won't add them to the lighting scenes page. Tech support told me it is a limitation of the driver. I recreated the Lutron scenes within C4 so it was fine, just more work. Has your experience been the same?

    Mine continue to fall offline as well. I have had to reconnect several times over the past few weeks.

    We have Charter Spectrum internet but are using Hulu for streaming. Would be curious to hear move about your experience and what you are currently paying?

    I am hoping these products actually ship. Would be great to have another Zwave option for C4. My experience integrating Vera was frustrating to say the least. I ultimately removed it from my system.

    Same happening here. It is strange that we can't click on the session and go there. Seems intuitive for it to work that way.

    When I installed them in my home system, I believe that I added the driver to the room that the bulb was located in. Then I entered the MAC address for the bulb that I wanted the driver to find before selecting auto discover. Auto discover really just grabs the IP address of the bulb that you want to add. The documentation tab in Composer should walk you through it.

    A processor reboot seems to have sorted things out. But I have another question. I had our C4 field service rep on site today and we couldn't figure out how to control the mic/line volume independent of the master volume. This is an OS3 project and I am trying to figure out how to show source volume and microphone volume on the same page. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

    The instructions provided with the driver say it should be set to 38400. I don't think 9600 is an option.

    jackstone....I am wrapping up my project and the 508MX is up and running. I purchased a license key from blackwire and had the driver connected for a short period of time...but now it will not connect. I have deleted and re-added it. The serial connection is in place but I am no longer getting the firmware version in the driver. Any suggestions?
