I had the same issue with two 2016 vintage units. I replaced both with new units and initially had the same issue. Eventually I went into the UPS settings and changed the voltage range from NORMAL to GENERATOR. Note, I am on a highly reliable power grid with very little voltage fluctuation and very few power losses. But still, GENERATOR range under the Voltage Range Setting fixed the issue. I believe these setting came out in a more recent firmware update which has caused this issue. I did not install my old UPS’s to test the above theory but would love to know what you find.

Btw - I have programming setup to notify me now when ecobee disconnects.
I have a push message that sends when is_connected changes.  That is connected variable will tell you if it's connected to the ecobee cloud

I updated my house to EERO 6+ Pro yesterday - I do not have a single thing in my house that supports or can use WIFI 6. BUT - it supports up to 100 contacts PER "router" and the band width is amazing - 
1. ALL my WEMOS connected immediately - (I did not turn on WPA3) and
2. all my LIFX also connected with no issues - 
3. it is amazingly fast and I have not had any hiccups so far.
4. technical support is readily available by phone - a human picks it up and is the person that helps you.

Dealer has to do it or if you have the outlet driver in your system you can try doing the auto provision. But it's likely to cause more of a mess then value...

Yes, that should work fine. You should have no problems integrating into both platforms and the control for driver should recognize changes in the Roku. In terms of apps

Their commitment is to make money. In my opinion they are myopic and clearly don't understand the software world. Why would they? They make hardware.

Understood.  We've spent nearly three years work on this partnership with Chamberlain to ensure long term support through an API changes, as customer confidence is important (our CEO used to be a dealer and understands first hand the frustrations dealers face!).  To that end, he has also agreed that if you do purchase this for a client and they aren't happy with the solution, we'd offer a three day window to provide a full refund, which should make it easier to sell/effectively give a way of trialing.

Completely understand, as you hadn't made a purchase, the driver was picking up our standard two-week trial message which isn't applicable for the myQ driver.  This has now been changed to avoid any confusion.  That message on your system will update shortly automatically.  You can get a fully functional copy of the driver, with no expiry by requesting a showroom licence here:

That message in the "Driver Status" field was confusing - we've already updated our licence server to make things clearer.

Trial licences - due to the myQ cloud licensing fee, our standard two week trial is not available for this driver.  If you purchase this for a client and they are unhappy, we do offer a full refund within the first three days.
Showroom Licences - these are provided free of charge and have no expiry - you have to apply separately for a showroom myQ licence, as we're not able to include it in our normal showroom driver pack.

I wish you had turned to this forum years ago, and long before you grew so frustrated. I am a long time user of C4, not a dealer, but I can say that I have not experienced any ongoing issue with my systems (multiple houses going back to 2008) and I have lighting, sound, camera’s, AV, security, blinds, etc. I would suggest you give one of the dealers on this forum a chance to address your issues before spending the funds to remove or replace it.
