No, you go into the thermostats setup via the thermostat itself.  You run through the options with the down area and change option #32.  It will only allow you to select a couple different values. This tells Control4 to use the binding value and not the internal value.

Anything that exposes the humidity as a connection would work with the control4 thermostat.   I took a quick peek at the driver and it does support a humidity binding...it should work.

In this case, queueaction is supported locally and through the cloud.  When selecting a favorite or playlist you need to add a parameter that determines the queueaction. I'm not sure who is in charge of this driver (assuming C4) this could be added to the driver.  Clearing the queue is not supported in the web api or local api and will require a custom driver to implement.

You can override the Humidity sensor for the Control4 Thermostats.  There is a connection for it. You can bind the Z2io to get remote humidity.  That is the only device that I know that provides humidity.

I too have the app crashing on me after viewing a camera feed.  I have two camera types (Hikvision & Amcrest) and it does it on both.

Yesterday I’m at work and my phone rings from a doorbell press (Chime). I answer it, just a black screen spinning, trying to connect. Nothing. Never connected.
Finally just decide to pull up cameras a see who is there. No one is there. No one in the steet either. Decide to pull up my NVR to look at footage and time stamps. Oh, the ups guy was there and he did push the button. By the time it rang my phone, he was already in his truck driving away. For context, my house is not close to the street and it’s a hike to the road. He didn’t run to the truck. I would have expected my phone to ring much sooner.

I have a 43" TCL Roku TV and it works great.  The driver does have 2-way feedback, however, I don't think it has 2-way feedback on volume.  Super fast, and always stable.  Can't say enough good things about it.

The Control4 Thermostat has the best integration I've seen.  They are bulky but they support remote thermostat.  My plan is to have them down by the HVAC and then use remote temp sensors.
I haven't seen any other thermostat that has as many features on the C4 interface as the Control4 Thermostat.  I can schedule right from the thermostat.  I can copy that schedule across multiple thermostats.  I haven't seen any other driver do as much as the control4 driver does.

I use Sonos with Control4.  I have an ARC soundbar as well.  I think the Sonos integration works great.  The only thing you lose is the ability search for music from Control4.  You can only start playing your Sonos Favorites from the Control4 interface.  However, in my opinion, you gain a lot more functionality.  You can still use the Sonos app which is a wonderful experience.  When you trigger something in the Sonos app it shows up in the Control4 interface.  You get to use the Sonos Alexa integration which is way better than the Control4 integration.  You can tell Alexa to play any artist from any service in any room.  You also get a really great experience in app.  An example is Spotify and the sonos selection from it.  To me, Sonos is the best universal integration with Control4 and works well for my family.  Getting 5.1 setup on all TVs is dead simple on Sonos and it integrates well.  I also do audio announcements with Control4 and it works great. Sonos supports Airplay 2 and Control4 only supports Airplay 1.

I think if I was to show my implementation to the general public they would call it a hack.  Wires that I soldered to a remote   It works great, I have no complaints.  The point I'm trying to make is that Control4 does a really good job of integrating with the biggest brands in the home and there is a gap when it comes to LM.

Like most of the topics on this forum. This topic is back in the spotlight with the myQ upgrade to the v6 of their API.  This broke a lot of the open source integrations as they deprecated their v5.

I never said "authorized" anywhere.  A lot of the integrations that use the mobile apps API are open source. You are welcome to go look at them on github.

Go under programming and when motion is detected go to Navigation.  You can then pull up a live view on the touchscreen for a period of time.

That's fine, I'm assuming these keypads run on low voltage and they may end up making a low voltage version.

There is no reason you couldn't implement something like this with a 3rd party product.  Just need to have the right driver with the right hardware.   Make the bindings in Composer and it should work fine.

"was" means that its been fixed....I don't see that being the case.  No matter the age of the remote it seems to eventually happen to every single one of them.

This error will show when you don't have a location set on your project.  The driver only works in certain countries.
